SHIPPING
Free in Spain on orders over €70 and on international shipments over €150. We also offer free in-store pickup, with a maximum period of 10 days to collect the order.
RETURNS
You can request a return for your order within 15 business days of receipt, provided the products are unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
COSTS AND CONDITIONS
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products. For hygiene reasons, returns of jewelry or used items, or items without their original packaging, are not accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are free in peninsular Spain; outside this territory, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective item, you can report it within 15 days of receipt. After reviewing the product, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
