Shipping & Returns
1 - LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE
Please contact us by sending an email to clientes@latidostore.com to withdraw from your purchase. In accordance with applicable regulations, if you are contracting online as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract (except when the object of the Contract is any of the products for which the right of withdrawal is excluded in Clause 12.2) at any time within 15 business days from the delivery date of your order. You may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any legally recognized form, it being understood in any case that such right is validly exercised by returning the products. This provision does not affect other rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
2 - CONTRACTUAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouses for the product or products they do not wish to keep. This regulation does not apply to gift cards, the amount of which will not be refunded under any circumstances. Gift cards will have an expiration limit of 1 year. No exchanges or returns are allowed for any item that does not come in its original packaging and with original tags. For costume jewelry, there are special return conditions, and an item that does not retain its original seal can never be returned.
3 - PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Product replacement is possible when the customer decides to do so within 15 days of receiving the original product, provided that the replacement product is in the same condition as it was delivered. In this case, send an email to clientes@latidostore.com to receive the appropriate instructions for replacement. Replacements are free of charge for the customer as long as they are made within peninsular Spain. For replacements outside this territory, shipping and return costs must be covered by the customer.
4 - PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For health and hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns are not permitted for costume jewelry items (rings, earrings, bracelets, brooches, and necklaces). This measure is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, guaranteeing that each piece arrives in perfect condition.
Likewise, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for items that have been used, tampered with, or show signs of deterioration, in any other category.
5 - COMMON PROVISIONS
Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them, tagged and in perfect condition. Please return the item using or including its original packaging. You must also include all instructions, documents, and product packaging. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond mere opening or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession. The item or garment must retain its original tagging and must be in the same condition. Handbags must be returned including the dust bag in which they are wrapped (if applicable). Costume jewelry items must be returned with the original seal and in their corresponding box. The company is not responsible for the misuse or improper handling of any of its items. To proceed with the return or replacement of the product, it is required not to use perfumes or creams with them, as these may deteriorate or alter the original condition. The cost of shipping for returns managed directly by the customer will be borne by them. Once received, after examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) in our warehouses. Whenever possible, you will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase within an estimated maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your banking institution.
6 - INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you wish to return a product that was delivered outside of Spain, you must send it at your own expense and responsibility. If the courier who delivers the package to us requests any payment, this will be deducted from the refund amount of the order.
7 - RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately, within 15 days of receiving the product, by writing to clientes@latidostore.com and indicating the order details, as well as the damage it has suffered, including images of the alleged defect. In our response, we will indicate the procedure for sending the products to our warehouses. After receiving the product, we will carefully examine the returned product and inform you, within a reasonable period, if the case is valid. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the case is valid. The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including shipping costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase. The company is not responsible for the misuse or improper handling of any of its items. It is required not to use perfumes or creams that could deteriorate the original product in order to be returned in its original condition. Rights recognized by current legislation are reserved.
8 - IN-STORE PICKUP CONDITIONS
Service availability
In-store pickup is only available for orders confirmed through our website and at authorized pickup points.
Order confirmation
Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique order code. This code will be essential for picking up your purchase.
Pickup period
The order must be picked up within a maximum of 10 calendar days from notification. After this time, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.
Order delivery
To pick up your purchase, you will need to present the pickup code received by email.
If another person picks up the order on your behalf, they must show the pickup code and an identification document.
Service cost
In-store pickup has no additional cost for the customer.
Modification or cancellation
If you wish to modify or cancel your order before picking it up, you must contact our customer service.
Incidents
In case of loss or non-receipt of the pickup code, contact our customer service to verify your identity and facilitate delivery.
