What is the maximum period for exchanges and returns?
You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
What requirements must they meet?
The product must be in perfect condition, with original tags and within the established period.
How do I make an exchange or return?
- Exchanges: write to us at clientes@latidostore.com and we'll tell you how to do it
- Returns: you must send the product to our warehouses
After reviewing it, we will confirm if a refund is applicable
When will I receive the money?
The refund is processed using the same payment method within approximately 30 days of acceptance
Which products cannot be returned?
- Unsealed jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Used, damaged, or tampered with items

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and another when the order is shipped. You can also check it in your account.

You can write to clientes@latidostore.com (hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
How long do shipments take and how much do they cost?
- Mainland Spain: 1–6 days / €4.90
- Balearic Islands: 1–8 days / €9.90
- Portugal: 2–6 days / €5.90
- Europe: 1–8 days (cost varies by zone)

What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.
Can I ask for an invoice?
Yes, request your invoice by sending an email with your information.
